I am currently retired and have two kids in college. I am looking to downsize and be in Southwest Colorado. I have a cabin near Antonito so I will spend time there as well, but it is isolated and I want to live in society and be active with social activities and the like. I am a minimalist and a health nut. I ride gravel bike races anywhere I can and am constantly training and working out and eating right. I go to bed early and I do not drink or smoke. Just looking for a nice clean place to lay my head. I do not require a lot of things or material possessions. I am always willing to help, and I have a genuine concern for everyone. I have a small Chihuahua named Dexter, who is practically unnoticeable as he is 6 pounds. 😊
