It will just be myself that would be renting the room, I’m a real easy going laid back fun guy. I’m really easy to get along with, I’m responsible and reliable when it comes to rent and my other bills. I’m single, my kiddo is grown, and I am very personable. However I do work a lot, so you may not see me much at times, but then during slow periods at my work you will see me quite a bit and I will probably be looking to cook something on the pit and for a ballgame on the tube!
