I am seeking a room to rent - 184 days of the year - I’ll reside elsewhere during peak season. I’ll pay 1 year cash up front.

This is not a scam - I just need a place to stay in TC while I scout out property to purchase. I currently live in SE Michigan. Also the 184 days I reside in the unit can be any days you choose as long as I get to stay there for a month or two before this spring at least so I can get all my ID and everything changed to gain residency.

A little about me - I don’t drink or smoke or have pets. Ideally I’d reside in the room only the necessary amount of time to fulfil the residency requirement to be considered as my main domicile. My girlfriend would accompany me probably 95% of the time, and she also doesn’t drink or smoke or have pets.

Let me know with a DM (direct message) here on Facebook what your rate is, the exact location and maybe a few pictures of what the accommodations look like. Also send a few days and times of your choosing for us to meet at the location and possibly sign a lease and I provide CASH in hand. No checks in the mail, cash app, overpayment, etc. This is a legitimate request. Pictured is the last property I purchased, and would be my residence during the peak season (or whatever 180 days you chose to have the room free for other uses).

Things I am open to:

-Paying more than one year up front if I don’t get many offers -Doing all yardwork or maintenance -Paying electricity bill in full for entire home -Providing furnishings and/or household consumables like food/TP/etc.

Things I am NOT open to:

-Credit score requirements -Non-refundable application fees
