Hi! My name is Cassie, and while I currently live in the San Jose area, I am looking to move up to Sacramento ASAP! I am someone who tends to keep to themselves and stay in my room, I’m very quiet and would prefer something similar (or a well insulated house! ha!). I WILL be installing a renter-friendly bidet on the toilet, hopefully that is no problem at all for you, hahaha.

I am moving out of my current room because there is someone smoking cigarettes inside the house which I was NOT aware of when moving in, and I simply can’t keep exposing my cat (or myself) to this secondhand smoke. Therefor, non-cigarette smokers preferred.

I’m extremely clean, I wipe down counters after every meal (I love cooking!) and keep my own space clean and tidy as well. I also have one cat named Boogs, she is 16 this year and must remain indoors. She is also a very clean cat and mostly prefers to be wherever I am—which is typically just in my bedroom! In my free time, I play games on my computer and love to try new things at restaurants. While I am shy and reserved, I am definitely willing and hopeful to befriend my future roommate(s) and maintain a peaceful household with good communication as a priority.

I am looking for: non-cigarette smokers; preferably no dogs (but small dogs are ideal in a dog-compromise situation haha); clean, responsible, and mature individuals (chore charts save relationships, people!); a mostly quiet environment (honestly just trying to avoid sounds like doors slamming); a washer and dryer would be nice; non-street parking is a plus.

Overall, if you don’t smoke inside and you clean up after yourselves, I think we will get along great. Open to anywhere in the Sacramento area as I hope to go back to school sometime in the Fall! Thank you so much for reading and I hope we can connect soon!
