I’m a nursing student at a school in Visalia. I’m gone most of the day on Wednesdays/ Fridays/Saturday or Sunday. I’m typically hitting the books on my days off and prefer a quiet home. I’m VERY clean and like to cook. I also like to workout daily. I have a 75’ tv I’m willing to put in the common space as well as other kitchen amenities, nice barstools, and some decorative things if needed. I’m very easy going but respect for each others schedules is a must. :)
