Hello potential future roomies!

I am looking to either team up to rent a house, or rent a room in Summerlin near Center Crossing Rd. I am looking to move out no later than March 1st 2024 Here is what I’m looking for:

For team-up! I’m looking to team up with 2 other roommates (male or female, no children under 12 yrs old plz, no loud or shedding pets) willing to rent a 3bed 3ba house with me in Summerlin near Center Crossing Rd. I can find the place. We will each have our own room with private bathrooms. PLEASE BE A CLEAN PERSON. Rent will be $750 plus utilities split 3 ways. The house will need to be within walking distance from my job on Center Crossing Rd. Long term roomies only please. Minimum of 1 year lease. Let’s help eachother beat this horrible inflation by saving on housing costs together! No smoking. No Drugs.

For renting a room! I am a single 39 yr old. I can afford a Max of $675 w/utilities included. I tend to keep to myself. I enjoy gaming and I work full-time. I’m a clean person and I do not smoke or do drugs. I do enjoy the rare glass of wine. But usually at home by myself. I prefer a quiet night in over going out to party. I do not clean up after others, only after myself. I am respectful of others and their property. I’m looking for the same in return. I’d like to trust that whomever I live with will not eat my food. If we come to some sort of arrangement with the food, or you ask and agree to replace the food you eat, then that works too. I don’t have any pets. I’m looking for my own room and bathroom.
