Hello, and happy new year!

I’m looking for housing for me and my 6 y.o daughter. I work fulltime in healthcare and I’m starting school and having some family problems. I need to move out of my relatives place for peace of mind. I would like to be a long term tenant. I’m looking for either a room, studio or one bedroom in the pittsburg, antioch, Concord, brentwood, etc areas. My budget is $500-$1,000 comfortably, but may be able to do $1,200.
