My name is Ollie Downs, I’m looking for a room to rent in San Diego! I currently live in a studio in City Heights and am looking to move into my own space. I lived in San Diego from middle to high school and went away for college at UC Berkeley, where I got my BA and Master’s in Data Science. I absolutely love SD and want to stay here long term. I’m 28, single, working as a Data Analyst at the County (2 days in office, 3 days at home, so remote work must be ok). I have an excellent rental history with recommendations. I have never missed a rent payment and make rent responsibility a priority always. I pride myself on my respect and consideration of others. I’m not much of a cook but I do enjoy contributing to household meals if that’s an interest. I have no pets and not a lot of friends here, so I’m not exactly a partier. I consider myself especially flexible on lots of things; the only non-negotiable for me is that I’m looking for a spot with no stairs.
