My fiancée and i put an offer in on a home last month (signed purchase agreement and gave realator our cash deposit). We have rented for 3 1/2 years by sharing a home with a wonderful person who now is a dear friend to us and our lease is up in 2.5 weeks. Just found out yesterday that the inspection failed for faulty foundation. We now need another place to live for 3-4 months while we start the home buying process all over. We are 60 years old, very respectful and do travel a lot on weekends. I have been a nanny for 15 years and my fiance has owns a deck company for 27 years.
