Hello, I am 44 year old female with 5 kids that are all grown up. I work full time for the County of San Mateo and go to school at CSM. My husband works in landscaping and is also in school. We have a small/medium dog named cookie who is a poodle-terrier and is very mellow. We are looking for a room to rent we are 420 friendly but dont drink or do drugs. We want a safe stable place to live we get along well with others and are home bodies when we are not working or in school.
