Hi, I am looking for a private room that has a restroom (either private or shared) and kitchen privileges. I am hoping to find a place with cheaper rent in exchange for assistance with any needed specific services the I would provide. Details can be worked out on what you would need and/or require. I can do just about anything and help with most misc. things, services and support you may need. I am extremely flexible, easy going and get along with anyone! I am looking for the right opportunity with a positive friendly individual. I have a small dog that is a Chihuahua/Mini Pinscher mix. She is 8 years old and prefers to be with me 24/7. So she goes with me everywhere and anywhere I go.
