hi, im paulina! im 22, employed, LGBTQ, and i’m looking for roommates to sublease/lease a place together! although i’m saving to go back, i’m not a student, but i don’t mind teaming up with other students! i’m usually kept to myself but i tend to open up to other with time. i enjoy the quiet, and don’t go out to parties/any “loud” socials. i don’t own any pets but i do smoke medically! if that is an issue/concern, i completely understand and can respect any rules in the household <3 i have two jobs currently so my budget is somewhat flexible (would love to discuss!) and i try to respond fast <3
