I’m a clean and organized healthcare professional, considerate of other people’s space, reliable, dependable, happy to do my part in cleaning common areas. I generally get up early and don’t stay up late. Typical household sounds won’t keep me from sleeping. I’m looking in the greater Des Plaines area. Must be cat friendly, LGBTQ & 420 friendly (ofc will smoke outdoors). In-law apartment is ideal. Private bath preferred but negotiable. Preferred rent also negotiable for the right place. I’m an excellent tenant looking for a place long term. I’m tired of moving.
