I am 43 years old. I am very clean & organized. I don’t mind helping with household chores. Pick up after myself and enjoy cooking. I am handy with tools and don’t mind helping out with household maintenance. I work in food service. I am very quiet, personable and respectful. I have a girlfriend who has her own home, but she will be visiting me often. I am starting a new chapter of my life, and trying to better my financial situation, so I start back to school next spring. No pets at the moment but I would like to have a couple parakeets in the foreseeable future. I am Drug free & drama free. I use public transportation, so I do not have a car that would need parking space.
