I am being promoted to Life Time Laguna Niguel from Chicago. I am 37, not married with no children. I do have a 4lb well-behaved Yorkie. I do not smoke or partake in any drugs whatsoever including cannabis, but I do occasionally enjoy a glass of wine. I have a degree in health care and live a relatively healthy lifestyle. I am an early riser and am in bed early. I work 50+ hours a week and plan on enjoying the ocean, hiking, and everything I never got to experience in Chicago. I meditate daily, love reading, and am looking forward to the fresh air.

I am looking for an ocean view unit or something that is very easy and quick to get to the beach so I can take early morning walks with the dog and see the sunset over the water since I will be working till at least 7pm at night.

I do have a misdemeanor on my record from 2015, so if this is a problem with my background check, please do not waste either of our time. I could not have an active healthcare license if I was a threat in anyway, but I just want to be as upfront and honest as possible right away.

I need to be in Laguna by 1/1-1/3, and I can either utilize a furnished unit or can have my furniture shipped asap. Either way, I can make it work!
