Hi, I am a working professional looking to team up for a decent place with good sunlight, ventilation, a private bathroom, and a shared townhouse, condo, or apartment in the 1200 to 1400 range. I like to team up with friendly and courteous roommates who respect each other’s privacy and personal space with no drama. I need to give a short notice to my landlord. I’m an open-minded individual, kind, and very jovial-natured. I’m looking for roommates with a similar mindset. I am very clean, and I keep the place neat.
