hi! i am looking for some roommates to find a house/townhouse/duplex to rent out. i mostly stay in my room and clean up after myself. honesty and communication are important to me and i get along with most anyone. would ideally like to find a couple of roommates so we can afford a house.

**i will be transparent- i have a shepherd mix dog that LOVES people but cannot be around other dogs and needs some sort of back/front yard. those are my only 2 requirements that i cannot budge on. so if you have a dog unfortunately it will not work out! :( but overall i’m open to most things! i don’t have parties, i am not dating, and i do my best to be the roommate that i would want to have.
