We just purchase a house in Maricopa AZ at Rancho Eldorado. We have two furnished rooms available. WI-FI is available. No couples please. No pets. Washer and dryer is available. Quiet neighborhood. Security deposit is required. We expect everyone to be respectful of others and their space living in the residence. We do expect everyone to clean up after themselves in the main part of the home and be respectful of the property. We will also be residing in the home. We are both down to earth, extremely easy to get along with as well as easy going. We get along with pretty much everyone. However, we are no interested in drama. We keep to ourselves. We don’t party or drink. I work 1 week in the office and 1 week at home. No Smoking in the house but if you smoke, you can do so outside. Drive way parking is available.
