We are extremely quiet, clean, respectful hard working people, looking for the same. Mature demeanor. We have one cat, who is stays in the room with us, occasional to let it out to roam the shared spaces of the house (only) is needed. Usually at night, for his zoomies, or while we are cooking/eating in common areas. Otherwise can always be in our room, with us. We prefer roomies whom also prefer to stay mostly in their rooms, while home, who are respectful of noise, cleanliness, everyone’s belongings (doesn’t touch, eat, etc, other’s drinks/foods). We prefer roomies, who, like us, wouldn’t have guests over or we all make and chose the rules on that. All these things are how we would be towards our roomies, so we are looking for the same, basically a relative quiet home, used for sleeping/eating, with moderate guests, get togethers etc. NO drugs, NO drinkers (nothing resulting in being drunk). We are two people looking for a calm clean safe place to rest our heads. We would need two rooms, ourselves. PS we can go higher than $1,000, depending on location, etc. Anyone else looking for a safe, quiet home?
