Hello all, below is a good gist of who I am, enjoy the read:

• I am looking for a nice furnished room to rent for 4-6 months, at least.

• I’m a 52 y/o, 100% service-connected disabled veteran (non-combat); former U.S. Army. A long ago member of the U.S. Army’s 3rd U.S. Infantry “The Old Guard – The Escort to the President” under President Clintons 1st-term in Washington D.C..

• I get paid on the first of the month so rent and utilities will always be paid on time or early. This doesn’t include pay from work, and financial aid.

• Have people called me Mr. Clean? Yes!!! Am I clean freak? Yes!!! I enjoy cleanliness and orderliness!!

• I am studying a lot hoping to test out of courses before finishing my B.S. degrees in Physics and Chemistry.

• A good portion of my days will be studying, exercising, and training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at Gracie Barra; this will take up a good six days a week.

• No children (yay)!! No pets (urgh). I am a HUGE animal and nature lover!!!!

• I’m fun loving, happy, absolutely animal and nature loving, and a science nerd.

• I don’t smoke/vape, drink alcohol or do any drugs. I prefer a no-smoking house and no drunks. I have a squeaky clean record; zero criminal history.

• I do not have a car at the moment. I walk or bike everywhere and will buy a car once I reach my weight loss goal. Once I hit my goal, I’ll buy a car.

• Not a gamer or blast music.
