Hello! I’m looking to join female or LGBTQ+ roommate(s) in Frederick. I’m a young professional, and I value a healthy work-life balance. I’m aiming to stay between $800-900 in terms of rent/utilities, and I would like to move in around January-February. If possible, I would like to bring my small 5 gallon fish tank with me, but otherwise no other animals.
