I am a single mother of a 9 year old and a 7 year old who are very good children. We will be on time every month with the rent. We are trustworthy and friendly. I think the cost of living is outrageous and I can sure use a roommate with common understanding. If we just make this a team and be respectful to each others boundaries, we can make our home life so much less stressful. Preferably a woman would be what I think would work best. Thank you 😊
