Hello! I am 28 years old and I am responsible, kind, easy going, and tidy. I am currently a self employed content creator and I will start studying for another career sometime in early 2024. I have 2 cats and due to one’s health issues they cannot be with other cats or dogs unfortunately. Looking for a roommate or available room! Washer and dryer in the unit is a necessity for me and I would also prefer having my own private bathroom as well, though am open to shared bathroom as long as everything else about the space is what I’m looking for. As my budget i put $1200 as the maximum I’d be willing to pay for the right place, obviously the cheaper the better but I want to feel comfortable, safe, and clean in my home so want to explore what’s available to me as long as it’s under $1200.
