My name is Shay and I use they/them pronouns, so I’m looking for an LGBTQ+ friendly roomie or apartment in Newark or JC. I’ve had many roommates in the past so I’m used to keeping shared areas clean and keeping noise down. I work a lot and have an active social life so I’m not home too often, but when I am I usually chill in my room. I don’t have any pets but I am animal friendly! I’m allergic to smoke and nicotine but if you smoke out your own window it should be okay!
