I am a retired teacher, notary, former lawyer, and have a green lawn business on the side in Baton Rouge. I am starting a new job as a State Park Ranger in January. I will still maintain a residence in Baton Rouge with my wife, but will need a place to sleep 3 nights a week near Madisonville, to save on commuting (time and cost). I have plenty of extra furnishings that I can bring, as well. I am an avid cyclist and hope to commute to the park from an apartment, condo, or house. I love cats and dogs, but don’t have one to bring with me. I also no longer drink alcohol, but do not care if a roommate drinks. I can not tolerate smoking.
