I am looking for June 1 or June 30 availability for a large “Florida” or large Efficiency “art studio” room with full bath in a safe and friendly living environment for short term, with possible long-term opportunities. I am a multi-media artist and art teacher. I am 36 years sober and am 420 friendly. I enjoy great jazz and 60’s rock tunes, liberal politics and a good laugh with people of integrity and a great sense of humor!
