Hi! I’m moving from Minnesota to NYC to start a job in public relations, and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bedroom apartment. I am hoping to sign a lease between Jan 1-10. I’m primarily interested in Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Carroll Gardens, Park Slope, and Williamsburg in Brooklyn or West Village and Greenwich in Manhattan. I would also be open to Prospect Heights, Gowanus, Brooklyn Heights, East Village, and SoHo. I really just need to be close to the F or A/C trains! My budget would ideally be 1600, but I’d be willing to go up to 1700/1750 for the right place. I will WFH three days a week and be in the office two days a week. Please no pets as I am allergic and no smoking as I have asthma!

I am very tidy/organized and love a clean space. I graduated from college outside of Chicago in May and am excited to explore NYC as a new grad. I love to go for walks, explore coffee shops/restaurants, and would ideally be friends with my roommate!
