Born in Santa Ana 8.15.1983, grew up in Orange, and Norco where I learned to ride horses at a young age. Good music lover, appreciate nature, fiddle on the acoustic guitar and piano a bit. Certified HVAC technician/installer for 6 years, general repairman for 20 years, self-employed. Currently in the application process for CA Contractors license. EPA #: 963502640010

If general repair issues arise during my stay, I usually take care of them, if permitted. Landlord/manager does not need to call someone or come out themselves to unclog a drain, repair an appliance, fix a door, do electrical troubleshooting etc. Convenience is key.


Current credit score: 733 (date is 12/17/2023) Credit report provided upon request to verified email after phone call. Income varies, $3.5K a month avg, more in- season (Summer/Winter). Cash on hand, bills are minimal. Education: A.A. degree from SCC/SAC, in progress B.A. @ CSULB No pets, no kids Single, tidy and usually quiet Clean record. No drink, no drugs, no party. Month to month terms preferred, with intention of 3 month minimum stay, longer if property is a fit.

Must have: Private Bathroom Private or Side Entrance Street parking out front (tools kept in vehicle), or a driveway/carport/garage

Full/half kitchen preferred. Will consider no kitchen if there is a second sink, counter space, somewhere to put a 2/3 size refrigerator, and use of a covered area for BBQ outside.

Prefer an unfurnished or lightly furnished residence. I do not have much stuff, but if residence is fully furnished I may need a garage/part of garage or a storage area by mid February.
