I plan on moving between spring and early summer depending on how long it takes to find the right roommate/s. I spend most of my time in deep thought and enjoy intellectual conversations. I’m not big on drinking or partying, however, I do smoke. I have a 13 year old daughter who might visit from time to time. I prefer female roommates due to the common imiturity and aggressiveness of most men. I am however open to anything as long as you have the right mindset. I am a calm peaceful person. I tend to keep to myself but am always down for conversation if you want to talk or just need someone to vent to. I have a very positive outlook on life. I am a martial artist and take the safety of those around me seriously. It would be nice if roommate is also a martial artist. ( It can be difficult to find a good sparing partner) it is not a necessity. Most importantly I am looking for a place that would provide a save environment for my daughter.
