UNM graduate student. Need a place within walking distance of campus. General expectations for cleanliness for me are that the kitchen is that counters should be wiped off and dishes should be cleaned right after you use them (unless there’s a dishwasher). I don’t mind if they stay on the drying rack as long as you put them away when they’re dry. I also think the fairest way to handle the bathroom is to have an alternating schedule of once a week of whose turn it is to clean it.
