Hello. I’m a professional during the day, geek by night. I have a lot of hobbies and spend most of my nights away in warmer weather. Try to go out on weekends. Trying to stay within 10 minutes of Matawan as I spend most of my nights there with the hobbies. Partially retired chef, due to Fibromyalgia, so I work from home 3 days a week. I’m also trying to stay within 10, 15 minutes of Perth Amboy for the two days I go into the office. I wouldn’t mind living as far as 30 minutes from work, so long as it’s a really good deal on rent. I’m pretty quiet, keep to myself. Have a good amount of furniture, so hopefully I can find a larger place. I do need frequent use of kitchen, so it’s preferable if I can find a studio. I communicate often as I believe that’s important. Compromise as that is what it takes to live in harmony. And respectful.
Most places ask for 3 times rent, so if we are applying for a place together, know that I will not be able to qualify on much.
