I’m looking for a room at a reasonable price in the listed areas, OR I’m looking for roommates who want to team up to rent a whole house together. I’m clean and friendly, plus I have great credit and rental history. I do not want to pay $1000 for just a room, not including utilities, so don’t contact me if you think that’s a reasonable price. My budget might be enough, but I still want to have disposable income, I won’t be taken advantage of, so don’t ask for more than what a room and utilities is really worth.
