I’m looking for my own place I currently live and help with rent or utilities as needed I just need a place to get my credit up purchase a house in the future if rent to own would be a real option ill sign s a contract ir leases as needed tgar would be awesome id like close to town I’m clean I can pay upwards of 800 month depending upon the bills ill do odd jobs around the property if necessary I do it all just not sure on how this all works
