I am searching for a room to rent for my mother Joan. My name is Joe and I live near Denver, but my mother has been a resident of the Summerlin area for 24 years. Joan is spunky, likes to go dancing, and is very friendly without a mean bone in her body. She has a little 15-year-old Pomeranian named Shana. Joan is very healthy, and active, but respectful of other’s homes and privacy. She is in the market to downsize but stay in the West and South West of the Las Vegas Metro area, most preferably in Sun City Summerlin, where she has made many friends over the last 8 years. She’s looking to find a roommate that is friendly and honest.
