I am a clean, hard working Christian educator, looking for a space with a clean, orderly non-smoker. I like to cook and excercise, so I would want access to a clean kitchen and related living areas. I prefer a place with a washer and dryer. I am very laid back with zero drama. I prefer a roomie that does not smoke anything (especially in the house). I do not drink, do drugs, participate or associate with criminal activities, and prefer a like minded roomie. I am a light utility user and do not like high bills. I would love this to be considered if the utility bills are to be shared. For example, not being wasteful or excessive with use because the bills are shared.

I would like to start out with one to two months to test the compatibilty, and consider at least six to ten more months.
