I pay my rent on time. I ensure to clean up after myself. I’m not opposed to sharing things I buy if the others are open to sharing things such as condiments, meals, cleaning supplies. If not, I am fine with labeling my items. My dog is potty trained and house broken. I work remote, so would mostly be present, but I can ensure to remain in my room to give space and privacy to the others dwelling inside the place.
