I was born and raised in Clearwater. Recently moved back to FL from NH. I’ve been going back and forth staying with family and I’m ready to find a place of my own. I’m quiet, non-smoker, no drinking, no 420 for me but fine for you. I do get disability because of migraines so I tend to stay away from things that add to them. I would prefer a place within walking distance to stores. I came here with literally the clothes in my suitcase and that’s it. A finished place would be great, but not necessary.
