Hello! My name is Emily! I am currently living in a two-bedroom apartment. The total cost is $1600/mo plus utilities. My lease ends January 6th; I have until then to either find a new roommate and renew my lease (as my current roommate is moving back with their parents to save up) or find a new place to live with a new roommate. Ideally, I’d like to find a new roommate join me here!

I love open, honest, empathetic communication, boundaries, and directness. I like a clean, quieter space but I am a fan of having friends and family over. I have a cat and ideally would like to have my dog too but my apartment has a two pet limit and if you have a pet I don’t want to take up both so my dog can keep his happy home with my parents for now. Also, both my parents are immunocompromised and I visit them frequently so I do follow covid protocols still and need a roommate who is willing to mask and quarantine when exposed; I will do the same.
