Hey there! I’m a young-at-heart 54-year-old guy on the verge of a new chapter (aka soon-to-be divorced) and in search of a new place to call home. I pride myself on being as reliable as a Swiss watch – clean, quiet, and always on time (with rent, at least!). Trustworthiness and honesty are my middle names (not literally, but you get the idea).

I’ve got a stable job, my own wheels, and a heart big enough to make sure everyone around me is as happy as a clam. I’m the kind of guy who doesn’t need a drink or any other enhancers to enjoy life – I’m high on life itself!

My current lease wraps up at the end of June, so I’m like a snail – slow to make a move, but once I do, it’s well thought out. Speaking of slow, I’m a Taurus, which means I might take a bit to trust, but once I do, I’m as loyal as a golden retriever.
