I am a very respectful, and responsible individual looking to relocate. I am very easy to get along with, as well as very clean and meticulous. I work two jobs and have a stable income. My current living arrangement is coming to an end for my lease. I am on time with all of my payments including rent, deposit and utilities. I am drama free, and looking for my own space when I’m not working. I am considerate of others sleep schedules, house rules, and great with communication in a positive manner. I do not smoke, drink, or have any pets. All boundaries are respected by me. I am an amazing tenant, and you will find that I am productive. I am also very cooperative making any discussions or concerns heard and understood. I require no parking space as my transportation is different. I would be grateful for the opportunity to rent.
