Hi, I’m Ryan. I am a 35 year old male currently living in Freeport, NY seeking a room to rent in Nassau County.

I am friendly, polite, neat, and used to living in shared home arrangements.

I work upwards of 40 per week outside of the home, and am conscientious about spending, so I promise that having my rent has never been a problem, and won’t be for our situation.

I can assure you that I am content to simply share space with mutual respect, but am also open to being friends. It’s always a nice perk to share interests. Or not, and we learn new things to like. It’s a big world out there.

I’m a tolerant and openminded guy, and have shared space with all kinds of folks over the years, so I wouldn’t want to pigeonhole any type of person I would be averse to sharing space. As long as we’re all decent to each other, right?
