Hi! I moved to Portland a year ago from the east coast, and just can’t afford living solo right now. I really get along with everyone, and can adapt to the needs/vibe of the house, as long as we are all super communicative in a way that’s kind yet receptive!! No passive aggressive, awkward, or resentful convos here please haha. I have a great group of friends here, but am always looking for more!! So a friendly relationship would be great, does not need to be besties or strangers. I’ll never be upset over random chores left to the next day, but cannot live in filth. I keep common spaces extremely clean, my own spaces mostly clean, and will contribute however I can. I work a 9-5 in person, so weeknights will be quiet for me, weekends idc lol do what you need to, I love to socialize and will probably be at friends’ houses anyway. Budget <$800/month, I don’t mind pets as long as the common spaces aren’t hairy or I am expected to help with them. I really love living life and finding new ways to do so, so feel free to hmu if it feels like a chill/fun/respectful/communicative vibe 🥹🤍
