I’m 31 and work in banking & an Interior Design showroom. I just moved to LA from Northern California (in December) and am looking for a bedroom with my own bathroom and a living environment that matches my quiet & considerate lifestyle with other like minded individuals in their 30s or even 40s either in an apartment or house on the west side (Santa Monica, Brentwood, Sawtelle or Beverly Hills).

I like to keep my home clean and organized (ex professional organizer here) and am an early riser (think 7/8 am- which means I go to bed early around 10pm). In my free time I enjoy what I am learning is the basic LA lifestyle (lol) meaning, hiking, walking, yoga and pilates as well as discovering amazing restaurants (foodie over here as well!)
