When moving out u must find your replacement. 1 free parking spot left. The deposit is a cumulative avg of each girls credit score so estimated at ($500 to $700 shared deposit) that’s fair since everyone signs the Lease. Here’s the math, $785 x 4 females thats including an estimate with (electric, gas, water…)(its a smart way to live conveniently) then call me, serious inquiries only (females only) to be added to the lease. There is a Deposit required by the Leasing Office. The leasing office will take the cumulative average of our scores together to derive at the Deposit needed (my estimate $500 to $700 hopefully 500 only) shared amount.
