Iām a 71 y.o. retired male living on Social Security. Iām an ex pro musician and I still play music, but I keep things quiet where Iām renting. Iām a non-smoker, no pets, quiet, respectable and I pay my bills on time. Iām currently in Bullhead but the primary renter of the house is leaving the area soon so I will also need to leave, preferably be the end of this month (March).
