hello! i’m Liz, my lease is up dec 15 so i’m looking for somewhere move in ready! i am 23, i live in brentwood and currently pay $930-$980 a month. i work in franklin and make 3x $800 a month plus tips so i’m able to pay $1000-$1100 a month easily and i always pay on time or early. i’m clean and keep to myself. i really just go to work, come home and watch tv then sleep. i usually order food so i don’t use dishes but if i did, i keep up with household chores regardless. please let me know if you’re interested in renting to me!
