Hey! My name Rich, I’m 35, British 🇬🇧 and I’m looking for a spot either on my own, with one other roommate OR potentially two (if it’s the right fit/enough of our own space)

My budget is anywhere from $1,200-$1800 (shared) or $2100-2400 for a studio/1 bed & bathroom, I have 3 months in advance/deposit ready - as I’m new here and still need to get set up properly/build credit - but have NEVER missed a payment and can provide references.

I like the Weho, Culver City, Pico, Fairfax areas, but open to others. Noho and DTLA can work (if the place isn’t a heap) - balcony/rooftop space are a huge selling point

A little about me

Grew up just outside of London and landed under a month ago but have visited Los Angeles a total of 15x over the years, so well versed on my surroundings - I love the city, the diversity and blend of culture and will be in LA for the next 3 yr’s on an (already approved) US work visa.

I’m in the talent/creator management & marketing space, so anyone in that space would be great - I’m also a musician, have done some acting and modelling.

I would say I’m kind, pretty extroverted and friendly, but also very respectful to people who like their own space and a clean and tidy household. Definitely NOT a messy person and have shared before with both Male & Females.

I work most days, but it’s a remote role and I make my own schedule, so I could be out first thing, having meetings around the city, WFH, at our office space in Culver City or finding new spots to work as I like to keep things interesting.

Love training, fitness, hiking and exploring my surroundings, but also socialising, a good margarita and some solid Mexican food. I sometimes, but rarely, host the odd small gathering or invite friends over for dinner, so would like the flexibility of the odd visitor, as I have many friends here, and family members who may stop by on rare occasions.
