My friend Ben and I are looking for a third roommate! We are hoping to get a 3 bedroom apartment or townhome in Irvine, Costa Mesa, Santa Ana, or Laguna Hills area and would like to move in by the start of February. We are both in our early 20s, I’m 22 and Ben is 24. My budget is around $1200-1500 and Ben’s is $1500. We are super friendly, clean, respectful of other’s space/property and are non-disruptive.
