Rent is always on time and dependable working provider. Renting a room now in Clearfield but the guy is moving out of state. Been with the guy a year now and never missed a payment check. I have two boys come and see me every other weekend and understand to behave and stay in my room and occasionally a holiday. 5 and 8 year olds. Please help needed guy wants every attendees out February 29th. LDS standards but not active. Don’t drink or drugs and never party. Won’t be a problem person. 🙏 Thanks
