Desired room: a room with lots of windows and its own bathroom (suite) and a nice common area in an upscale multiple-bedroom condo, apartment or townhouse. Desired location: Nice area of Rosslyn, Courthouse, Balston or Old Town Alexandria near the metro Roomates: quiet, considerate and clean single professionals between 30 and 60 who could be occasional company for meals, walks, etc. with each respectful of the other’s privacy. Personal info: I am an attorney in a DC law firm selling my 50% interest in my condo and not sure whether I want to be in Arlington or Old Towne or whether I want to rent long term or buy something. I have lived in Rosslyn for over 6 years. I have a 25 yo daughter who lives in California and would like her to be able to stay with me on the limited occasions she comes east to visit. Her mom is in nearby Maryland. I am quiet and neat and cook for myself. I have a fair amount of furniture that I could put in storage but would like to bring my own king bed.
